Travel Radiology Technician – Pain/OR (Days)
Location: Huntsville, AL
Start Date: 12/29
Assignment Length: 8 Weeks
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Overview
The Travel Radiology Technician will support Pain Management and Operating Room imaging services, specializing in spine and orthopedic cases. This role performs radiographic imaging, fluoroscopy, portable studies, and C-arm support in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Requirements
-
2–3 years Radiologic Technologist experience preferred
-
Strong Spine & Ortho knowledge required
-
Experience operating OEC C-Arms
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Graduate of an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology program or U.S. Military Radiologic Technology training
-
ARRT (R) Certification required
-
BLS required
-
Must maintain active state radiography license

Skilled in:

Basic radiology procedures

Fluoroscopy

Portable radiographic procedures

C-arm imaging

OR imaging services

Routine diagnostic procedures

Job Responsibilities

Deliver safe, efficient diagnostic imaging to inpatient and outpatient populations

Perform a full range of radiographic and C-arm–assisted procedures

Support Pain Management and OR surgical teams

Follow radiologist direction and departmental protocols

Maintain patient safety and high-quality imaging standards
