Travel Social Worker – Canton, GA
Assignment Length: 8 weeks
Schedule: 12-hour days, 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM (36 hours/week, varies)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Hospital-Based Social Worker for a travel assignment in Canton, GA. The ideal candidate will have acute care hospital experience and be able to provide comprehensive social work support to patients and families.

Responsibilities:

Provide social work services to patients in an acute care hospital setting.
Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate resources.
Support patients and families during hospital stays and transitions of care.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Worker in an acute care hospital setting.
Active LCSW certification required.
Current BLS certification required.
Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
