Description

Travel Certified Surgical Technician (CST) – OR

Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Start Date: 12/29/2025
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 4 × 10-hour Day Shifts, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Call: 1 call shift per week (typically 11 PM – 7 AM for evenings or 5 PM – 7 AM for days)
Weekend: 1 weekend every 8–9 weeks (7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Position Details

Unit: Operating Room (16 ORs)
Required Certifications: BLS, CST (NBSTA-certified)
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Recent experience in spinal and cranial neuro surgery
daVinci robotics experience
Ortho trauma experience

Scope of Role:

Assist surgeons by preparing the surgical field

Pass instruments and supplies during surgery

Maintain a sterile environment

Support turnover of OR rooms to keep cases flowing

Assist in a variety of surgical cases including neuro, robotics, and ortho trauma
