Travel Occupational Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facilities – Tucson, AZ

Assignment Start: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week, 5x8s, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to residents in skilled nursing facilities

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs

  • Assist patients in regaining independence with daily living activities

  • Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

  • Current OT license for Arizona

  • Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
