Travel RN – Clinic (Transplant Coordinator) – Boston, MA

Assignment Start: 01/12/26
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week, 8-Hour Day Shifts
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or earlier as needed)

Position Overview:
This Clinic RN role functions as a Transplant RN Coordinator, responsible for supporting and coordinating care for transplant patients throughout the post-surgical continuum. The RN will serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless follow-up and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate post-transplant care and follow-up appointments

  • Assist with scheduling, care planning, and ongoing patient support

  • Support medication coordination and patient education

  • Provide high-level customer service and patient advocacy

  • Collaborate with transplant surgeons, providers, and care teams

Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in transplant surgery or transplant patient care

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Experience in clinic or care coordination settings preferred
