Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM 
Guaranteed Hours: 72 bi-weekly 
Floating: Not required 
Weekends: Every 4th weekend

Opportunity Description 
HumanEdge Health is seeking a skilled Acute Care / Med-Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Bluffton, IN. This night-shift role provides care for patients in acute care, telemetry, progressive care, and swing units within a 40-bed facility.

Position Highlights

<ul>
	<li>
	Night shift schedule with no call requirements
	
	</li><li>
	Patient ratios: 1:6 (acute), 1:10 (swing)
	
	</li><li>
	Telemetry and progressive care experience utilized
	
	</li><li>
	Every 4th weekend required
	
</li></ul>

Required:

<ul>
	<li>
	Active IN RN License
	
	</li><li>
	BLS &amp; ACLS
	
	</li><li>
	3+ years nursing experience preferred
	
	</li><li>
	Skills in IV starts, nursing assessments, telemetry
	
</li></ul>

Preferred:

<ul>
	<li>
	PALS certification
	
	</li><li>
	Experience with ICU drips
	
	</li><li>
	EMR experience with Cerner
	
</li></ul>

Facility Information:

<ul>
	<li>
	40 licensed beds, including 10 swing beds
	
	</li><li>
	Average daily census: 10
	
	</li><li>
	Unit size: 20 beds
