Travel Social Worker – Hospital Based
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Start Date: 01/19/26
Duration: 8 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week | 8-Hour Evening Shifts
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday–Friday
On-Call: None

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hospital-based social work experience
Acute care hospital experience required

Licensure & Certifications:

GA LCSW required

Position Overview:
Provides behavioral health and social work services for hospitalized patients. Assists with discharge planning, patient advocacy, counseling, and coordination of care, ensuring safe transitions and quality outcomes.
