Location: Syracuse, NY
Start Date: 01/09/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days and evenings
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Additional Scheduling Detail: 8 ten-hour shifts every 2 weeks
Weekends: Some required
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for a Pediatric PACU assignment in Syracuse, NY. This role supports pre-operative and post-anesthesia recovery care in a pediatric recovery room setting.
Position Details:

Pediatric Pre-Op/Post-Op PACU environment

Scheduled for both day and evening shifts within the same pay period

Weekend coverage required
Qualifications:
-
Current New York State RN license
-
Minimum of 1.5 years of recent pediatric critical care experience (within the past 2 years)

PACU experience preferred
-
Travelers must have experience in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma centers
Certifications:

BLS (required)
Preferred:

Epic EMR experience
Skills and Competencies:

Strong pediatric critical care and PACU nursing skills

Ability to perform the majority of patient care skills with minimal orientation and supervision

Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
