Location: Bridgeport, CT
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Weeks
Shift: AM, 4x10s (40 hours/week)
Hours/Day: 10
On-Call: Required – Rotating evenings, weekends, and holidays
Position Overview
HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist with Neuroendovascular experience for a 12-week assignment in Bridgeport, CT. This role supports high-acuity IR and Neuroendovascular procedures, providing direct patient care and technical support in the procedural suite.
Responsibilities

Assist in interventional and neuroendovascular procedures in a 3-room IR suite

Maintain sterile field and prepare procedural equipment

Position patients and operate imaging equipment per protocol

Monitor and document patient status throughout procedures

Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other procedural staff

Participate in patient safety, radiation safety, and infection control measures

Respond to on-call cases during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
-
CT Radiographer License required
-
ARRT Certification required (RT[R])
-
BLS (AHA) required
-
Minimum of 1 year IR and Neuro/Neuroendovascular experience preferred

Strong technical skills in imaging and procedure support

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent communication and patient care skills
Shift Details

4x10s, AM shifts

Rotating on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays

Weekday on-call begins at 5:30 PM

1:1 patient-to-tech ratio per procedure

10–20 cases per day
