Travel Registered Nurse – Progressive Care
Burlington, MA
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Progressive Care Registered Nurse for a travel assignment at an acute care facility in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role provides care for high-acuity patients and requires strong critical care and progressive care skills, including the ability to titrate pressors.

Shift: 12-hour rotating days/nights

Shift Times: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM and 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Hours: 36 hours per week

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts in 4-week blocks (days to nights)

Weekends: Every other weekend required (Day shifts: Sat/Sun; Night shifts: Fri/Sat/Sun)

Holiday Coverage: No Christmas time off will be approved
Unit Overview
-
Progressive Care unit with floating to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units as needed
-
Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:3–5
-
Level 1 trauma experience preferred

Floating may occur in 4-hour increments during shifts
Requirements

License: Active RN license required

Certifications:

BLS (AHA) required
-
ACLS (AHA) preferred

NIHSS preferred

Experience: Progressive Care experience required; Level 1 trauma experience preferred or required for first-time travelers

Skills: Must be able to titrate pressors

EMR: Epic experience required
