HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week assignment in Wichita, Kansas. Join a collaborative therapy team providing high-quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation services focused on restoring independence and improving quality of life for patients.
Assignment Details
Location: Wichita, KS
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 40 hours/week
Setting: Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Services
Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting

Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
-
Address activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, cognition, and safety
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient-centered care
-
Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with facility and payer guidelines
Requirements
-
Active Kansas Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation services preferred
-
BLS certification (AHA)
-
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
