Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Enfield, CT

HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 12-week assignment in Enfield, Connecticut. This role is in a busy outpatient orthopedic clinic with no on-call requirements.

Assignment Details

Location: Enfield, CT
Start Date: January 19, 2026
Duration: 12 weeks
Schedule: Day shift
Hours: 40 hours/week
Shift: 5x8-hour shifts

Clinic Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Coverage needs include two closing shifts per week and Friday coverage.
No on-call required.

Setting

• Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, strength, and function

• Provide patient education on injury prevention and functional movement

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary outpatient care team

• Accurately document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with clinic and payer guidelines

Requirements

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license

• BLS certification

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
