Location: Plymouth, MA
Start Date: 01/26/26
Duration: 24 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week, 8-Hour Day
Shift: 07:30 AM – 04:00 PM, Mon–Fri
Assignment Overview:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Nurse Manager in Plymouth, MA. This leadership role requires strong management skills to oversee the Endoscopy unit and ensure high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of running the unit effectively from day one.
Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction for the Endoscopy unit

Supervise and mentor nursing staff

Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care

Participate in staffing, scheduling, and operational decisions as needed
Requirements:

Current Massachusetts RN license
-
BLS-AHA certification
-
2+ years of recent nursing experience
-
Proven leadership and Nurse Manager experience

Experience in Endoscopy preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Travel nursing experience preferred
