Travel Physical Therapist – Concord, NH
Assignment: 13 weeks | Start Date: 01/26/2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Shift Length: 8-hour day shifts
Position: Experienced Physical Therapist
Licensure Requirements:

Active New Hampshire PT license, Compact PT license, or willingness to obtain a temporary NH license
Responsibilities:
-
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and re-evaluations and document care in accordance with licensure, scope of practice, and departmental standards

Review and verify provider orders, incorporating pertinent medical information such as lab values, vital signs, and clinical history

Demonstrate clinical competence in the administration of formal standardized tests, scales, and assessment tools

Provide patient-centered care with consideration for age, physical, emotional, social, economic, cultural, and vocational factors

Understand and address the impact of chronic illness and the challenges associated with acute care episodes for patients and their families

Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary and disciplinary teams, actively contributing to care planning and team development

Maintain flexibility to provide care throughout the facility as needed, ensuring continuity of services
