Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Position Overview

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Med-Surg Telemetry RN to support a Med-Surg Tele unit in Concord, MA. This role requires prior travel nursing experience and the ability to deliver high-quality patient care in an acute care telemetry setting.

Schedule & Requirements

12-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
36 hours per week
Every other weekend and holiday required
Travel nursing experience required
Telemetry experience required
Meditech EMR experience can be waived for strong candidates

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care for adult Med-Surg Telemetry patients
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry readings
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per patient plan
Document patient care accurately in EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately

Required Qualifications

Massachusetts RN License required
AHA BLS Certification required
Prior Travel Nursing experience required
Telemetry experience required
