Must-Haves

• Active New York State RN license (unrestricted)

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (LTC, sub-acute, hospital or similar)

• Ability to work every other weekend

• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

• Compassionate approach to caring for geriatric residents

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care

• EMR charting experience

• Ability to precept, supervise CNAs/LPNs when needed

• Experience with dementia, wound care, or post-acute rehab patients

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing high-quality bedside care to residents

• Completing assessments and updating care plans

• Administering medications and treatments

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

• Ensuring safety, compliance, and continuity of care
