Labor and Delivery

<h2>Travel Labor &amp; Delivery RN – Johnson, AR</h2>

Assignment: 8 weeks 
Start Date: 2/9/26 
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) 
Schedule: Every other weekend required; call shifts 2x per scheduled period 
On Call: As noted above


<h3>Qualifications:</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Minimum 2+ years L&amp;D RN experience
	
	</li><li>
	Active AR or multistate RN license
	
	</li><li>
	ACLS, BLS, NRP required
	
	</li><li>
	Postpartum experience preferred
	
</li></ul>


<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Provide comprehensive care during antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of Obstetrical care
	
	</li><li>
	Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
	
	</li><li>
	Demonstrate critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership for safe patient care
	
	</li><li>
	Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
	
	</li><li>
	Delegate patient care appropriately and supervise assigned personnel delivering care
	
	</li><li>
	Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality maternal and neonatal outcomes
	
</li></ul>
