HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week assignment in Waynesville, Missouri. Join a dedicated therapy team providing high-quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to help patients regain independence and maximize functional outcomes.

Assignment Details
Location: Waynesville, MO
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 40 hours/week
Setting: Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Services

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient-centered care plans

• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and use of assistive equipment

• Accurately document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and payer guidelines

Requirements

• Active Missouri Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation services preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
