About the Role
HumanEdge Health is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This position is based in skilled nursing facilities, providing rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric populations requiring restorative and functional care.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes
Deliver patient-centered therapy in a SNF environment

Required Qualifications

Active Wyoming PT License
BLS certification
1+ year of physical therapy experience
