Travel Physical Therapist – Days
Setting: Outpatient Clinic (Inpatient & Outpatient Coverage)
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• One Saturday per month at hospital
  On Call: None

Position Overview:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment supporting both inpatient and outpatient services. While both settings are covered, the primary need is inpatient care. This role is ideal for a well-rounded PT with strong clinical skills and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to reduce pain, restore function, and improve mobility

• Deliver care in inpatient and outpatient settings as assigned

• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and long-term mobility

• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress using MedHost EMR

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience

• Inpatient and outpatient experience required

• Current New Mexico PT license (pending NM licensure accepted and must be included with submission)

• BLS certification

• Strong documentation and communication skills
