Travel Physical Therapist – Days
Setting: Outpatient Clinic (Inpatient & Outpatient Coverage)
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift:
-
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
-
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
-
One Saturday per month at hospital
On Call: None
Position Overview:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment supporting both inpatient and outpatient services. While both settings are covered, the primary need is inpatient care. This role is ideal for a well-rounded PT with strong clinical skills and flexibility.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic interventions to reduce pain, restore function, and improve mobility

Deliver care in inpatient and outpatient settings as assigned

Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and long-term mobility

Document evaluations, treatments, and progress using MedHost EMR
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience

Inpatient and outpatient experience required

Current New Mexico PT license (pending NM licensure accepted and must be included with submission)

BLS certification
-
Strong documentation and communication skills
