Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) 
Location: Bay Shore, NY 
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks 
Start Date: 2/23/2026 
Shift: 8-hour days | 37.5 hours/week | No on-call

Schedule: 
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist for an adult patient population in Bay Shore, NY. This role is primarily focused on dysphagia management and supportive care for medically complex patients.

Position Overview:

<ul>
	<li>
	Evaluate and treat adult patients with swallowing disorders
	
	</li><li>
	Manage diagnoses including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurological conditions
	
	</li><li>
	Provide compassionate care for patients in end-of-life settings
	
	</li><li>
	Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
	
	</li><li>
	Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in the EMR
	
</li></ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>
	Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist License
	
	</li><li>
	Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
	
	</li><li>
	Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience
	
</li></ul>
