Location: Prospect, CT 
Assignment Length: 12 Weeks 
Start Date: 04/06/2026 
Shift: Days 
Schedule: Monday–Friday 
Shift Hours: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM 
Shift Length: 8 Hours 
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week 
On Call: None

Position Overview: 
The Primary Care RN supports a pediatric primary care practice, providing clinical care to infants and toddlers in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on immunizations, pediatric triage, and family-centered education.

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>
	Provide nursing care to pediatric patients, including infants and toddlers
	
	</li><li>
	Administer routine childhood vaccinations
	
	</li><li>
	Perform pediatric triage and clinical assessments
	
	</li><li>
	Support providers during patient visits and procedures
	
	</li><li>
	Educate parents and caregivers on pediatric health and wellness
	
	</li><li>
	Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
	
</li></ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>
	Active RN license
	
	</li><li>
	Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience required
	
	</li><li>
	Experience working with infants and toddlers required
	
	</li><li>
	Comfortable administering childhood vaccines
	
	</li><li>
	Pediatric triage experience required
	
</li></ul>

Schedule Highlights:

	Day shift, Monday through Friday

	No weekends, no holidays, and no on-call
