Travel MRI Technologist – MRI Technology
Boston, MA
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Boston, Massachusetts.
Assignment Details:

Location: Boston, MA

Start Date: 3/2/2026

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: 36 hours per week

Shift: 12-hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
-
Open to 8- or 10-hour shifts if preferred

Weekends required
-
Fast-paced environment; must work independently
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
-
Strong proficiency in Cardiac MRI required
-
ARRT certification required
-
BLS (AHA) required
-
Epic experience required
-
Experience with GE and Siemens 1.5T and 3T scanners required
-
Flu vaccine required prior to start
Essential Responsibilities:
-
Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, including cardiac studies
-
Screen patients and personnel for MRI safety
-
Select and implement appropriate pulse sequences; document all sequences
-
Evaluate image quality and completeness; manipulate images for physician review
-
Transmit and verify studies in PACS; maintain accurate documentation
-
Initiate IV lines for contrast administration; monitor and respond to contrast reactions
-
Communicate clearly with patients, addressing concerns and ensuring comfort
-
Maintain compliance with Department of Public Health documentation standards
-
Participate in student education and ongoing professional development
