Shift: Days (07:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Schedule: Every Other Weekend + Some Holidays Required
Care Setting: Rehab, Inpatient Med/Surg, Possible ED Placement

HumanEdge Health is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses for a 13-week travel assignment in Syracuse, New York. Unit placement (Rehab, Med/Surg, or ED support) will be determined based on experience.

Position Overview

• 12-hour day shifts

• Every other weekend required

• Some holidays required

• Acute care inpatient setting

Requirements

• Current New York State LPN License

• CPR certification (or ability to obtain/renew)

• Minimum 1 year of experience required

• Prior inpatient experience preferred

• EMR experience strongly preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an acute care setting under RN supervision

• Perform patient assessments and report changes in condition

• Take and document vital signs and patient progress

• Assist physicians and nurses with procedures and treatments

• Administer injections and support clinical procedures

• Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical areas

• Coordinate referrals and obtain insurance authorizations as needed

• Support unit operations and participate in nursing unit activities
