HumanEdge Health is seeking a licensed Clinical Social Worker for a 13-week travel assignment in Westfield, Pennsylvania. This role supports clients recovering from substance use disorders, behavioral health challenges, and co-occurring conditions in a structured treatment setting.

Position Overview

• 8-hour day shifts

• One weekend day required

• Focus on substance use recovery and behavioral health

• Collaborative, team-based treatment environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments

• Develop and update individualized treatment plans

• Facilitate group, individual, and family counseling sessions

• Provide crisis intervention and aftercare planning

• Document client progress and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with referral sources, insurance providers, and interdisciplinary teams

• Deliver education to clients, families, and community partners

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania LCSW license required

• Acceptable disciplines: LCSW or LPC with addictions recovery experience

• Bachelor’s degree in social or health services required

• Counseling internship/practicum experience required

• Experience in substance use disorder treatment strongly preferred

• Strong documentation, communication, and crisis management skills
