Position Overview

Requirements

• Active Louisiana PT license (or eligibility)

• Outpatient or relevant clinical experience preferred

• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician referral

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Document patient progress and update care plans

• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
