Shift: Days, 5x8 (9:00 am – 5:30 pm)
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced RN for a travel assignment in Case Management, Utilization Review, and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI). This role focuses on reviewing patient care and documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and optimal clinical outcomes.
Position Overview

Full-time, day shift assignment

Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accurate documentation and appropriate utilization of resources

Required experience with Minimum Data Set (MDS)
Qualifications
-
Current New York State RN license
-
BLS certification (current or recertifiable)

Minimum of 1.5 years recent acute care experience in hospitals of similar size or trauma level

EPIC EMR experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities

Perform case management and utilization review according to hospital standards

Review clinical documentation to support accurate coding and reimbursement

Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure compliance and quality outcomes

Assist with CDI initiatives to improve patient care documentation and reporting
