Duration: 12 Weeks<br />
Shift: Days, AM 4x10s (40 hrs/week)</p>

<p>HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 12-week travel assignment in a busy surgical department. This role requires flexibility to cover multiple surgical specialties and provide occasional charge responsibility.</p>


<h3>Position Overview</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	<p>40 hours/week, primarily day shifts with a mix of 12-, 10-, and 8-hour shifts</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Every 5th weekend scheduled</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>No on-call required</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Shift start times generally 7:00 am, with occasional 10:30 am starts depending on OR needs</p>
	
</li></ul>


<h3>Qualifications</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	<p>Active RN license in Connecticut</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Minimum of 5 years of OR experience</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Epic EMR experience required</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Proficient in multiple surgical specialties: Neuro, Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Thoracic, GYN, General Surgery, Robotic, and Cysto</p>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	<p>Assist in all aspects of perioperative patient care, from pre-op prep to post-op handoff</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Serve as charge RN as scheduled, overseeing surgical team workflow</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Maintain accurate documentation in Epic</p>
	
</li></ul>
