<h2><strong>Travel Labor &amp; Delivery RN – Johnson, AR</strong></h2>

<p><strong>Assignment:</strong> 8 weeks<br />
<strong>Start Date:</strong> 3/23/26<br />
<strong>Shift:</strong> Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)<br />
<strong>Schedule:</strong> Every other weekend required; call shifts 2x per scheduled period<br />
<strong>On Call:</strong> As noted above</p>


<h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	<p>Minimum <strong>2+ years L&amp;D RN experience</strong></p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p><strong>Active AR or multistate RN license</strong></p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p><strong>ACLS, BLS, NRP required</strong></p>

	<p>Postpartum experience preferred</p>

<h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<ul>

	<p>Provide comprehensive care during antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of Obstetrical care</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Demonstrate critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership for safe patient care</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Delegate patient care appropriately and supervise assigned personnel delivering care</p>
	
	</li><li>
	<p>Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality maternal and neonatal outcomes</p>
