Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Yuma, AZ
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Contract Type: 13-week Travel Assignment
HumanEdge Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a skilled nursing facility assignment in Yuma, Arizona. This is a great opportunity to deliver hands-on rehabilitative care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities

Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

Deliver therapy interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function

Track and report patient progress and response to treatment

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements

Active Arizona PTA license (or eligibility for licensure)

Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience, with SNF experience preferred

BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
