Assignment Start: ASAP 
Duration: 13 Weeks 
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week, 5x8s (Day Shift)

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Rehabilitation 

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>
	Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
	
	</li><li>
	Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
	
	</li><li>
	Perform bedside swallow evaluations and recommend appropriate diet modifications
	
	</li><li>
	Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
	
	</li><li>
	Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
	
	</li><li>
	Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs
	
</li></ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>
	Current Colorado SLP license
	
	</li><li>
	Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred)
	
	</li><li>
	CCC-SLP preferred (or CFY considered if applicable)
	
	</li><li>
	Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
	
	</li><li>
	Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
