<h3>Position Overview</h3>

HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting with a strong focus on neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with some flexibility and no on-call requirements.

<h3>Schedule &amp; Requirements</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	40 hours per week
	
	</li><li>
	3 days/week: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
	
	</li><li>
	2 days/week: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
	
	</li><li>
	Schedule flexibility available
	
	</li><li>
	No on-call requirements
	
</li></ul>

<h3>Patient Population</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Outpatient neurological and orthopedic patients
	
	</li><li>
	Experience working with neurological patients strongly preferred
	
</li></ul>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Evaluate and treat patients with neuro and orthopedic conditions
	
	</li><li>
	Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
	
	</li><li>
	Document patient progress and outcomes per department standards
	
	</li><li>
	Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient goals
	
	</li><li>
	Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
	
</li></ul>

<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Active Connecticut State Physical Therapist License
	
	</li><li>
	BLS Certification required
	
	</li><li>
	Outpatient PT experience required
	
	</li><li>
	Neuro rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
	
</li></ul>
