Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery
Location: Beverly, MA
Assignment Start: 03/09/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 36 Hours/Week
Shift: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days/Nights)
Shift Times: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM or 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Rotation: Rotating in blocks every 2–4 weeks
Weekends: Every Other Weekend
Unit Overview:
The Maternal Newborn Service provides the full scope of perinatal care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, including:

Prenatal evaluation of mother and fetus

Intrapartum care for labor and birth
-
Intraoperative and recovery care for operative deliveries
-
Postpartum care
-
Couplet care for mother and well newborn
-
Special care for premature infants and newborns requiring higher levels of care
Responsibilities:
-
Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout the labor and delivery process
-
Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor
-
Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
-
Provide postpartum and newborn care
-
Collaborate with OB providers, anesthesia, pediatrics, and NICU teams
-
Accurately document all care in EPIC
Requirements:
-
Current RN license (MA or compact if applicable)
-
3–5+ years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred
-
Comfort working in the OR preferred
-
BLS (AHA) required
-
NRP required
-
EPIC experience required
-
Flu vaccine required during onboarding (declinations not accepted)
