Job Opportunity: Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - Travel Position
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Shift: Days (06:30 AM - 07:00 PM), 3 shifts of 12 hours each
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide cardiopulmonary services as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), following approved protocols and department policies.
- Deliver timely diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care to both inpatients and outpatients.
- Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
- Administer medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas.
- Maintain airways, manage ventilators, perform intubations, and conduct blood gas analysis.
- Experience required in ICU, general floors, and Emergency Department (ED).
- Minimal experience in NICU and Pediatrics to cover ED needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
