Job Summary for Healthcare Recruiters and Workers

Position Overview:

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction.
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Design functional treatment programs to support effective return to community activities.
• Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers.
• Perform professional duties related to patient care, therapy service development, and program delivery.
• Uphold professional standards, organizational mission, core values, and compliance with confidentiality and safety policies.

Work Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Patient Load:

• Approximately 11 patients per day

Contract Length:

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinical experience (specialty experience)
• CPR Certification
• Active and applicable state license for the work location

Additional Notes:

• New graduates are eligible to apply (at a lower rate)
• Prior successful completion of assignments with the agency is highly desired
• Prior completion of assignments with the specific organization is a plus
