Job Summary for Healthcare Recruiters and Workers

Position Focus:

• Care for high-risk antepartum and postpartum women with medically or obstetrically complicated pregnancies
• Does NOT include care for babies
• Collaboration with physicians, nurse midwives, and social workers
• Floating among OB/GYN units to meet variable volume and acuity needs

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of RN experience (higher value between 2 and 3 years applied)
• OB experience helpful but not necessary

Licensure and Certifications:

• RN License (New York only)
• BLS (American Heart Association only)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification
• Telemetry Experience

Schedule:

• Rotating shifts (Day/Evening/Night)
• Every Other Weekend (EOW)
• Holidays, On-Call, Callback, Charge per Unit as needed

Contract Length:

Additional Notes:

• Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills required
• Training provided for various competencies across OB service units
