Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Night Shift)

Job Summary

• Provide high-quality nursing care by following individualized nursing care plans.
• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientees.
• Participate actively in patient rehabilitation and discharge planning.
• Ensure patient and employee safety by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care.
• May assume charge nurse responsibilities after orientation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Work Schedule

• 48 hours per week
• Must be able to work every other weekend and holidays

Required Skills and Certifications

• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift (for CIRH only)
• Stepdown, LTACH, or ICU experience is required

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years bedside clinical experience is highly desired
• Stepdown/LTACH/ICU experience is required

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

• Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
• Provides direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel.
