- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit.
- Float between departments as needed, ensuring continuity of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Utilize Epic for electronic health records management.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.

## Qualifications
- **Education:** Valid New York State RN License.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a 600+ bed academic hospital is required.
- **Epic Experience:** Proficiency with the Epic electronic health record system is mandatory.
- **Competency Testing:** Must pass competency testing as per hospital standards.
