Kansas City, KS
13-Week Contract | 40 Hours per Week | Start ASAP
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Kansas City, Kansas. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality therapy services to adult and geriatric patients while working alongside a collaborative rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical needs

Provide therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the SNF setting

Maintain accurate and timely documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members

Participate in care planning and team meetings to support optimal patient outcomes
Requirements

Active Speech Language Pathologist license (Kansas or eligible)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

Minimum 1 year of Speech Language Pathologist experience

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
