Location: Syracuse, NY
Start Date: 4/6
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days (5x8s)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flex to 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM as needed)
Position Overview
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Breast Imaging Sonographer for a travel assignment in Syracuse, NY. This role focuses on performing high-quality breast ultrasound exams and assisting with biopsy procedures in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities

Perform breast ultrasound imaging and assist with biopsy procedures

Operate sonographic equipment independently and accurately

Review patient history and communicate findings to the radiologist

Maintain daily workflow, patient scheduling, and equipment QA
-
Ensure accurate documentation and high-quality patient care
Requirements
-
Graduate of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program (CHEA/USDOE)
-
RDMS certification (Abdomen and OB/Gyn) required

Minimum 1 year of experience required

Breast ultrasound and biopsy experience required

Strong ability to work independently and exercise clinical judgment
