Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3x12s
Care Setting: ICU / Step-Down (Floating Required)

Position Overview
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Manchester, CT. This role supports both the ICU and Intermediate/Step-Down units, requiring flexibility to float based on patient census and unit needs.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level critical care to ICU patients
Float between ICU and Step-Down/Intermediate units as needed
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech

Requirements

Active RN license (CT or compact)
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and adaptability in high-acuity settings
