<h3>Position Overview</h3>

HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support the Operating Room for a 14-week assignment. This role is ideal for a skilled CST with strong OR experience who thrives in a collaborative surgical environment.

<h3>Schedule &amp; Requirements</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Day shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
	
	</li><li>
	37.5 hours per week
	
	</li><li>
	Operating Room assignment
	
</li></ul>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures
	
	</li><li>
	Maintain a sterile field throughout procedures
	
	</li><li>
	Assist surgeons by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies
	
	</li><li>
	Anticipate surgeon needs and respond efficiently during procedures
	
	</li><li>
	Perform surgical counts and ensure patient safety
	
	</li><li>
	Assist with room turnover and equipment preparation
	
	</li><li>
	Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and surgical protocols
	
</li></ul>

<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
	
	</li><li>
	Experience working in an Operating Room setting
	
	</li><li>
	Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures
	
	</li><li>
	Ability to work effectively as part of a surgical team
