Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)

Location: Boston, MA
Start Date: 04/20/2026
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Hours: 40 hrs/week

Position Overview
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced OR RN for a travel assignment in Boston, MA. This role provides perioperative care in a high-acuity Level I Trauma hospital, supporting a wide range of surgical specialties. Opportunities include circulating or scrubbing in general surgery, robotics, transplants, ortho, neuro, spine, ENT, and kidney/liver transplants.

Responsibilities

Circulate or scrub for surgical cases, including orthopedic, neurosurgery, ENT, robotics, general surgery, spine, trauma, GYN, urology, organ procurement, and transplant procedures
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative staff to ensure safe and efficient surgical care
Maintain sterile technique and adhere to OR protocols
Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
Support high-volume, complex surgical cases in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Minimum 2 years OR experience required
Ability to circulate and/or scrub in multiple surgical specialties
Experience with Level I Trauma OR preferred
Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient safety skills
MA RN license required
