Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

Location: Farmington, CT
Start Date: 06/01/2026
Assignment Length: 21 Weeks
Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts
Hours: 40 hrs/week (Monday–Friday)

Position Overview
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in an outpatient orthopedic setting in Farmington, CT. This role offers a flexible daytime schedule with a mix of early and later shifts, providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Schedule Details

Clinic hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Two closing shifts per week required

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience
Active Connecticut PT license required
BLS certification required
Strong clinical and communication skills
