Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist – PET/CT

Location: Boston, MA
Start Date: 04/20/2026
Assignment: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 4 x 10s | 40 hrs/week
Shift: Days

Schedule Details:

Training (first 2 weeks): Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Post-training: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM (likely Monday–Thursday)
No on-call

Position Overview
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a PET/CT assignment in Boston, MA. This role supports advanced imaging in an academic medical setting and requires strong technical and patient care skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform PET/CT imaging procedures
Venipuncture and glucometer operation
Operate Siemens Biograph CT 64 and Medrad Intego injector
Handle radiopharmaceuticals (FDG, Amyvid, Dotatate, Cerianna, etc.)
Ensure accurate image transfer to PACS systems (MIM, McKesson)
Prepare and screen patients prior to exams
Maintain equipment, clean imaging areas, and stock supplies
Follow radiation safety standards (ALARA, USP <825>)
Complete documentation and charge entry

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an academic medical center
PET/CT experience preferred
ARRT (N) or CNMT certification required
Massachusetts RT license required (or ability to obtain)
BLS (AHA) required
