Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

13-Week Contract | Start Date: 4/13

Schedule:
8-hour day shifts
Department Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  4–5 days per week
  Two evening shifts (until 8:00 PM) required
  No on-call

Outpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Position Overview:
Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation in accordance with clinical guidelines and protocols. This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and active participation in care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions based on established clinical protocols
• Participate in team conferences and care coordination rounds
• Provide patient and family education and training

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapy License
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required

Preferred:

• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Vestibular training a plus
