Schedule:
10-hour day shifts
7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
40 hours per week

Setting:
Inpatient Acute Care | 700-bed facility

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join a high-volume acute care team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in adult inpatient rehabilitation, with the ability to manage a consistent caseload while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions for adult acute care patients
• Manage an average caseload of approximately 13 patients
• See 6+ patients per day
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Document all patient interactions using EPIC

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient acute care experience
• Adult acute care experience required
• EPIC charting experience required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
