Schedule:
10-hour day shifts
7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
40 hours per week
Evening rotations required

Setting:

Inpatient OR – Level I Trauma Center 
10 Operating Rooms

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to support a high-acuity OR team in a Level I Trauma environment. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-specialty experience, including transplant and trauma cases, and the ability to scrub complex surgical procedures.

Case Types Include:

• Orthopedic, Neuro, Spine
• ENT (Head & Neck)
• General Surgery & Robotics
• Trauma & Organ Procurement
• GYN & Urology
• Bariatric & Plastic Reconstruction
• Kidney Transplants (Liver transplant experience highly preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrub and assist in a wide range of surgical procedures
• Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to surgical protocols
• Prepare instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons and OR team in high-acuity cases

Requirements:

• Strong OR Surgical Tech experience required
• Must have experience in: ortho, neuro, ENT, general surgery, and kidney transplants
• Transplant, trauma, and neuro experience required
• Robotics experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Level I Trauma environment

Additional Details:

• Candidates must be available for call, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Floating may be required based on department needs
