Travel Registered Nurse – Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
Atlanta, GA
13-Week Contract | Start Date: 04/20/2026

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
10-hour day shifts | 40 hours/week
No call or weekends

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced PACU RN to provide post-operative care for a variety of surgical patients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in monitoring and managing patients immediately following anesthesia and surgery.

Patient Population / Case Types:

Orthopedic
Plastic Surgery
General Surgery
Colorectal
Gynecology

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess post-anesthesia patients for stability and recovery
Manage pain, vital signs, and post-op complications
Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for safe patient handoff
Provide patient and family education in the post-op setting
Document all patient care in accordance with hospital policy

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of PACU experience
Active Georgia RN License

Certifications:

BLS (AHA) required
ACLS (AHA) required

Additional Details:

13-week assignment
No call or weekend shifts
