Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab (24-hour facility)

Position Overview:
HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a skilled nursing and rehab setting in McMinnville, OR. This role focuses on supporting patient mobility, function, and independence in a collaborative care environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
Assist with individualized care plans to improve mobility and safety
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, OT, SLP, nursing)
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Support rehabilitation goals to enhance quality of life

Requirements:

Active Oregon PTA License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Minimum 1 year of PTA experience; SNF/rehab experience preferred
Current BLS Certification (AHA)
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
